1 General Terms

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.3 Verification

3 Account Management

3.1 Personal Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Your username and password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 One Person, One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all associated accounts being cancelled and funds being forfeited.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If your contact details, payment method, or other registration information changes, update your account settings immediately or inform the support team. j5555 will not be responsible for any problems arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

5.4 Promotional Abuse

If j5555 detects misuse of any bonus or promotional offer, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus, suspend the account, and forfeit funds.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games offered on the j5555 platform are tested and audited. The outcome of each game is determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Software Errors

Results displayed due to a software error or technical issue will not be considered valid. In this situation, j5555 reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the bet amount.

6.4 Sports Betting

7 Prohibited Activities

• Harassing other players or creating disputes

8 Responsible Gaming

j5555 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If identity verification is not completed
• Due to legal or regulatory compliance requirements
• Suspicious money laundering activity

11.3 Forfeiture

If evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions is found, the funds in the account (both deposits and bonuses) may be forfeited. In such cases, any rewards or bonuses previously granted will also be considered void.
